Fill your level Cold Water Therapy Tub with cold water. You can add ice if you prefer an even colder temperature, but be cautious not to make it too icy.

Submerge the affected area, such as your legs or feet, into the cold water for 15-20 seconds.

Remove the affected area from the cold water and place it in a basin of warm water (approximately 100°F or 37°C) for 1-2 minutes.

Repeat the process, alternating between cold and warm water, for 15-20 minutes.

Finish with cold water for a final 15-20 seconds.

Pat the area dry and elevate it if possible.
